If you're reading this and haven't joined ACN yet, then you're doing the right thing and finding out as much as you can before you start and this is a must read. As the importance of joining the right team is crucial. You need a sponsor and a team that's willing and intent on making your opportunity a success. As you succeed they will in turn succeed, that's the structure of all MLM businesses. You need a team that has ready access to the top SVP's in the business, so you can get training and support that is absolutely necessary for you to make it and you need a sponsor you trust, who is going to do everything they can to help you succeed.
I have been fortunate on both of those points, to join one of the strongest teams in the business Team Momentum which began in Montreal, Canada and to have a great sponsor. My upline goes to the SVP and Circle of Champions member Simon Abboud who is listed as #37 in the top earners in the MLM business and SVP and Circle of Champions member Mathieu Lamontagne listed at #41. There are 7 SVP's and over 40 RVP's in my team. They have 1'000's of representatives under them and 10's of 1,000's of customers.

Is this the norm, of course not, but is it possible ABSOLUTELY!
In most corporate structures the new employees and for the most part most employees, no matter how long they have been with the company, never have access to or speak to the top executives in the company. How often do you think Microsoft employees talk with Bill Gates or Walmart employees meet with the Walden family. With ACN this is very different, as the success of the top SVP's is determined by the strength of their team and with "Team Momentum" they are very accessible. As I started my first month in this business I was speaking to members in my upline about some leads I have for bringing in new IBO's and was surprised when one of them told me to prepare them for a conference call with Mathieu Lamontagne, one of our teams and ACN's top SVP's. This is someone who earns millions a year and still takes the time to work with the newest members of his team. Try and get a top million dollar executive in the corporate world to take the time and answer questions for every new employee. So the team you join is crucial, as without access to, help from and mentoring from the top earners you will have a hard time being successful.
Also the sponsor who brings you into the ACN opportunity is equally important, as they can be the difference to your success or failure. Even though the ACN structure makes it almost a requirement for them to help their downline, for their own success. There seems to be two ways to look at it. 1. Relentlessly promote to recruit as many new IBO's that you can, assuming many will not succeed, just to achieve the numbers necessary to get bonuses and make money. or 2. Work diligently with your downline to assure the best chances of success for them and for every new member of their team. I feel the later is the way to go, the best way to build a team is to build a strong one with successful people that stay with the business. This is the attitude of Team Momentum , of my sponsor and myself.
